Setup Report Popup Blocker Window
Report PDF Request Prevents Popup Window
While request a PDF Report, a Prevent Popup Window appears as depicted in image below.
FireFox Browser
Click on the Options button, Select Allow Pop-ups for dot.ca.gov. Then the report should display in the browser.
IE Browser
To turn Pop-up Blocker on or off
1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
2. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
