Construction Manual Change Transmittals (MCTs)
Manual Change Transmittals (MCT) show revisions to the Construction Manual. MCTs provide a summary of manual changes followed by the updated section with lines in the margin to indicate changes. When MCTs are issued, publication date of the updated sections is indicated on the Construction Manual page. The new sections will be added to the Construction Manual full download as soon as possible.
